Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to ship your order in 11-14 business days and most of our items are made to order. We ship most items by USPS with confirmation delivery. All drop targets and smaller stickers are sent in bubble mailers via 1st class. We are not responsible for items lost or misdirected as we generate shipping labels using the information that you provide.
We currently only ship inside the United States and to Canada. We no longer ship International due to the new V.A.T. tax regulations. If the EU changes rules to an easier policy we will look at this again.
Damaged Items
Insurance is required and added to all orders to cover everyone. In the unlikely event an item is damaged please keep everything including the box. We can file an online claim for you and the post office may or may not require the box and item for inspection.
We do everything possible to make sure your items make it to you in a safe, timely matter. However, we have no control over your items once they leave our hands.
Money Back Guarantee
We do everything possible to make what we feel is a high quality product. There is a possibility that your idea of perfection may not match ours. With this in mind we offer a Money Back Guarantee on all our products.
If your item doesn't meet your expectations please email us at orders@arcadeoverlays.com within 5 days of receiving your item. Once we have received your returned item we will refund your payment minus the original shipping costs. Shipping and Insurance charges are not refundable. Item must be returned, unused and in the condition it was received. We do not accept returns on damaged or used items.
The money back guarantee DOES NOT extend to items if you ordered the incorrect size. Please double check all your measurements before ordering or you can always email us before hand. If you still want to return an item that doesn't fit your application please be aware that these items will incur a 15% restocking fee. There are simply too many home made cabinets out there for us to know if yours is an original or not. Sizing is your responsibility. All of our items show the actual picture for the item to be printed, including custom pieces.
Custom generated artwork is a service we provide and as such is not returnable.
